3. Registration and Account Management

3.3 KYC Verification

mg108 reserves the right to request identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals. Documents that may be required include MyKad, passport, or other recognised identification documents. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary suspension of the account.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

mg108 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through designated payment methods. All financial transactions are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM10 for all payment methods.
• Accepted deposit methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).

4.2 Withdrawals

5. Bonuses, Promotions and Loyalty Programme

All bonuses and promotions offered by mg108 are subject to specific terms stated alongside each offer. By accepting any bonus, you agree to comply with all applicable conditions.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

mg108 offers a 200% welcome bonus up to a maximum of RM300 on the first deposit. The wagering requirement is 25 times the bonus amount received before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

• Example 1: Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM200 → Account balance RM300 → Wagering requirement: RM200 × 25 = RM5,000
• Example 2: Deposit RM400 → Bonus RM300 (maximum cap) → Account balance RM700 → Wagering requirement: RM300 × 25 = RM7,500

5.2 VIP Programme

Active mg108 players are eligible for a tiered VIP programme offering weekly cashback. There are four (4) VIP tiers:

• Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback

VIP tier upgrades are based on player activity and loyalty over time. mg108 reserves the right to modify or discontinue the VIP programme with reasonable notice.

5.3 Prohibition of Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit bonuses through multi-account wagering, use of unfair techniques, or any method considered to be bonus fraud will result in the cancellation of bonuses and termination of the account.

6. Accepted User Conduct

mg108 users are required to comply with the following conduct guidelines throughout their use of the platform:

• Do not share login information with others or allow another person to use your account.
• Do not use any method that could disrupt system operations or platform security.
